Traditional Boxing

Welcome to our traditional boxing class! This class offers the whole scale of boxing including the fundamentals, technique, strength, conditioning, and all of the dedication to the art! This class is ran by our instructor Mr. Kian.  Kian holds a 2nd-degree black belt in Freestyle Martial Arts, and has been trained by some of the best in the world. With lots of experience in martial arts, beginning from a young age, He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the class.
